Here’s the trailer for the Spike Jonze/Dave Eggers “Where the Wild Things Are”.
I had no idea that Maurice Sendak was such a hipster. Did he wear skinny jeans, drink fair trade coffee, and see TV on the Radio three times in concert before he wrote his story?
Whatever. Hipster or not, this trailer is ridiculously effective. My co-workers and I watched several times yesterday, and with each viewing I swear my inner child’s heart opened a little more. If Peter Pan had showed up right after I watched this, I would be on my way to Neverland. No doubt.
Watch it and weep.

Hey, I don’t know if you’ve seen this before, but this is a really helpful bread making video that I highly recommend. I think it will make you rethink your technique.

But that is how Sarah makes her bread. I’ve seen that headband in her apartment!
Jess and Amanda,
Umm, of course this is how I make my bread. Helps me work those calories off for upcoming vacations and weddings upstate. Unfortunately, I have to modify this technique to make it low-impact for my knees. No jumping over the whole wheat bread bags.

10 seconds in and I already got a chill. There is an enormous nostalgia quotient that I will openly and willingly indulge in. Oh man! Yes!
