I really feel for you… our February has been filled with steamy and slightly unbearable days mixed with thunderstorms and torrential rain and then topped off with the consequent midgies and mozzies that eat you alive if you dare venture outside the house without bug spray on. I have no less than 30 bites on me right now - I got them yesterday. February sucks wherever you are. Ok I need coffee and chocolate and a good dose of positive ‘get over it’. Some relief though - I found a positively decadent recipe for Tim Tam cupcakes that I might try and attempt this weekend… surely that is enough to bring someone out of the deepest February depression?

It’s so purty! The whole time I lived in NYC it didn’t snow once! (I was only there through two winters but still!)
