so I made you my FB status. well, I made a LINK to you in my status. actually, they’ve disabled HTML in their status updates, so even though i was all proud of myself for being extra clever and remembering the REAL code to make it happen…it didn’t happen.
but it DOES say “Melisa is reading saracentric.com and you should be too.” vague, mysterious, with a little bit of peer pressure…i’m pretty sure it’ll be a good push to your site.

Recently, I had a craving. As I wandered through a fancy brooklyn deli/small over priced grocery, I found myself wanting something that I hadn’t craved in years. A LUNA bar could not quench this thirst. I wanted graham crackers. And I wanted milk. And i don’t even like milk. Sarah and I have never met in person, yet she inspires me. Sarah emailed project peanut butter after learning that peanut butter is the base of the product we use to save thousands of lives each year.
We had several lively exchanges, which endeared Sarah to me.
What struck me most about Sarah was her enthusiasm and joy. She had a spark about her that drew me to her.
I am hard to impress. I have lived in Africa for years. I have seen more death and misery than I want to remember. I have lived among kind and proud people, whose compassion and kindness is unfathomable. I have met many great and wonderful people. I have met famous people who would never be great, despite wealth and power.
Yet Sarah touched me.
I do not usually blog (Am I Blogging?), but I think anyone who reads Sarah’s page should know that Sarah possesses a warmth and beauty that I will always remember.
