While some of us may need a little graham-cracker coercion to contribute to a good cause, I think it’s super-awesome that you’re using your blog and your birthday for the power of good without such coercion. Being one of the former type in this particular situation, I just donated. Happy birthday.

Great idea Sarah. I’ve been asking for gifts for others on my birthday for years. Now you’ve given me another idea. Your birthday is the same day as our 40th anniversary. Hey Sarah, I think this is a great idea. I am familiar with plumpy’nut and agree that it has the potential to change thousands of lives. I also spent some time working in Africa, and can fully attest to the fact that once you see what those people are dealing with, you will never complain again. I will post a link to this entry on my blog and give the cause all the love I can.
